Sewing Machine Servicing
We service BERNINA, Singer and Pfaff sewing machines and overlockers.
Regular servicing of your sewing machine or overlocker is essential to extend its lifespan. It will also make sure your quilting, embroidering and sewing maintains the high standards you want it to. We recommend you have your sewing machine or overlocker serviced every 18 months to keep it sewing at its best.
All services are carried out by Bruce, a qualified engineer, and take place in our well-equipped Malvern workshop. Every service involves the machine being stripped down, retimed, realigned, polished and set back up.
BERNINA sewing machine and overlocker servicing
As BERNINA agents, the high quality of workmanship they set is continued in our workshop. We only use genuine BERNINA parts so you can be sure your treasured BERNINA sewing machine or overlocker continues to sew to the high standards you know and trust.
Singer and Pfaff sewing machine and overlocker servicing
As well as servicing BERNINA sewing machines and overlockers, we also service Singer and Pfaff sewing machines and overlockers. We pride ourselves on the high standards of our workmanship and ability to keep machines sewing perfectly.
Arranging a sewing machine or overlocker service
We are agents for a number of sewing and haberdashery shops in the West Midlands. You will find a complete list in Our Shop & Our Agents. If you live near one of these shops, it will probably be easiest for you to take your machine to them. We will collect it at our next weekly delivery and return it to the shop once it has been serviced.
If you don’t live near any of the shops, we can still service your sewing machine or overlocker. (We have customers everywhere from Cornwall to the Scottish Isles who send their sewing machines and overlockers to us to be serviced year after year.)
To book your sewing machine or overlocker in for a service and to discuss the best ways to send it to us, please get in touch. Please don’t send your machine without booking it in first!
Whether you take your machine to one of our shops or send it straight to us, we will happily give you a quote for servicing it before we start work, if you would like.
