Sewing Machine Repairs
We repair BERNINA, Singer and Pfaff sewing machines and overlockers.
No matter what its age, we believe that most, if not all, machines are repairable. We have been repairing sewing machines and overlockers since 1978 and in that time we have only failed to repair two machines. We have succeeded where others have failed!
BERNINA sewing machine and overlocker servicing
As BERNINA agents, the high quality of workmanship they set is continued in our workshop and we only use genuine BERNINA parts. We can almost always repair any part of a BERNINA machine, including the electronic foot controls.
Singer and Pfaff sewing machine and overlocker servicing
As well as repairing BERNINA sewing machines and overlockers, we also repair Singer and Pfaff sewing machines and overlockers. We pride ourselves on our ability to bring your machine back to life!
Arranging a sewing machine or overlocker repair
We are agents for a number of sewing and haberdashery shops in the West Midlands. You will find a complete list in Our Shop & Our Agents. If you live near one of these shops, it will probably be easiest for you to take your machine to them. We will collect it at our next weekly delivery and return it to the shop once it has been repaired.
If you don’t live near any of the shops, we can still repair your sewing machine or overlocker. (Our customers come from everywhere from Cornwall to the Scottish Isles.)
To book your sewing machine or overlocker in for repair and to discuss the best ways to send it to us, please get in touch. Please don’t send your machine without booking it in first!
Whether you take your machine to one of our shops or send it straight to us, we will happily give you a quote for repairing it before we start work, if you would like.
